EDDINGTON GROWTH CONTINUES IN 2020
As Eddington enters its third year, the community continues to grow and develop.
2020 will see a range of community events and pop-ups at Eddington as well as Dulcedo Patisserie coming to Market Square.
The University is continuing with its early plans for Phase 2 of the North West Cambridge Development, which will deliver the infrastructure to support and enhance the growing residential community.
EDDINGTON JOINS CAMBRIDGE SCIENCE FESTIVAL
Eddington is taking part in the Cambridge Science Festival 2020, giving people opportunities to explore issues of scientific interest.
Four Science Festival events will be held at the Storey’s Field Centre at Eddington, with a range of events for adults and families including a children's musical, stand up comedy and radio show.
Tickets for all Science Festival events go on sale on Monday, 10 February at 11am.
EDDINGTON BEER GARDEN
A pop-up outdoor event in Eddington’s Market Square is arriving for one weekend only.
Running from Friday 27 March until Saturday 28 March, the free entry event will be open from 4pm on the Friday and from noon on the Saturday.
The Eddington Beer Garden will serve a range of drinks including draft, craft beers, gins and spirits, a selection of wines and soft drinks.
Eddington board member in New Years Honours List
North West Cambridge Development board member Andy Neely has been recognised for his outstanding contributions to society in the 2020 New Year Honours List.
New Eddington blog series
A new monthly blog series has started, from Eddington community members starting with a focus on sport and fitness at Eddington.
